Refund Policy

All paintings will be shipped with a tracking number within 7 days of purchase. I will get your painting to you as soon as possible. As I am based in the UK, most orders are International, and are shipped with Fedex International Economy and will normally arrive with 7 to 10 days.

It's important to look through all the photos of the painting you wish to purchase. I photograph in sunlight or with daylight accurate indoor lighting. As the colours can vary from monitor to monitor, and lighting can affect varnish, I work with this in mind before posting to my sales website. Communication is quite important when purchasing a large painting. Please don't hesitate to reach out and contact me at wittert.gallery@gmail.com prior to purchasing a fine art original. I am happy to send you more photos and a video or create a mock up for you so that you will have a better sense of how this painting will look in your space.
REFUND POLICY
Generally all sales are final, however having said that, you should be delighted with your painting. Collectors have told me the paintings grow on them more and more, and they are rarely sold or returned. If you are not satisfied, please reach out to me and we can work together to make the situation right. I have offered a 1 week trial on the condition that shipping costs to return the painting is covered by the client. This process seems to work well as so far all paintings have stayed in their new homes. This option must be arranged prior to purchasing the painting. Naturally, if a return is requested, the artwork must arrive in its original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
